1. What should customer prepare at the prepress stage?

At the prepress stage, we would ask customer to prepare bottle container or part to be decorated. CD art work is programmed by Illustrator or Photoshop.

2. Customer could not make a decision which type of labeling style is most suited with their products?

For this concern, we have many types of labeling techniques for example Pressure sensitive labels(PSL), Shrink sleeve labels(ShSL), Stretch sleeve labels(StSL), In-mold labels(IML), Heat transfer labels (HTL) and Wrap around labels (WAL). Thus, we would select one of the most perfect methods for the product itself.

3. What the material for sleeves is environmentally friendly?

In case environment is concerned factor, we would introduce to employ PET shrink film for irregular shape container. Also, Stretch sleeve is for simple shape container.

4. How long it would take for 1st proof?

Upon receiving your art file, we would need 10-14 days for gravure process, and 7-10 days for flexography and offset process.

5. How long it would take for delivery lead-time?

Since the arrival of your art file we would say approximately 24- 30 days for gravure 1st job and 10-15 days for existing jobs. In the other hand, flexography and Offset process take around 15-20 days for 1st job and 10 days for existing jobs.

6. What is an approximate product shelf-life for all labels?

We would recommend to store finished goods under air-conditioned control warehouse. The temperature is below 25 c and % R.H..  Under recommended storage condition, our finished products would be provided guarantee for 4 months.
