1. How difference between chemical engraving cylinders and Diamond engraving is?

We offer the finest print quality with various choice of press feathering 10- color rotogravure,9 color Flexographic printing combination with 3 colors screen unit, 7 color letterpress, 8 colors digital webfed press, along with offset-litho process. Professionally, We would implement the right process to match your graphic need.

3. Customer would like to have shrink wrap film which is not banned as non environmental friendly material. What would you recommend?

Since PVC is claimed as non environmental friendly material. There are available choices of environmental friendly material to serve like POF, LDPE, OPP heat-sealable etc.

4. What information is needed to design the package?

The product
- What is it?
- What is it composed of?
- What special chemical properties need to be considered (e.g., is it corrosive?)
- Does it require special protection from environmental factors (e.g., light, moisture, oxygen)?
- Does the product require odor protection?
- What is the required shelf life?
- How do you define the product's expiration point?

The packing process
- What machinery will be employed?
- What are the machine conditions (e.g., packing speed, sealing temperature, dwelling time and pressure)?
- What special treatments will the product undergo (e.g., pasteurization, sterilization,
retort, vacuum or gas treatment)?

Distribution and handling
- What means of transportation will be employed (e.g., truck, air, sea)?
- What are the storage/warehouse conditions (e.g., normal, refrigeration, or frozen)?

Testing Method
- Under what conditions should aging tests be conducted?
- What kinds of testing are required?

5. How much is the % shrinkage of shrink wrap film?

We could set the % shrinkage of both Machine Direction(MD) and Transverse Direction(TD) upon requested.

6. How long it would take for 1st proof?

Upon receiving your art file, we would need 10-14 days for gravure process.

Since the arrival of your art file we would say approximately 24- 30 days for gravure 1st job and 10-15 days for existing jobs

8. What is an approximate product shelf-life for packaging?

We would recommend to store finished goods under general ambient warehouse. Under recommended storage conditions, our finished products would be provided guarantee for 4 months.
